Becoming more mindful does much more than make workouts better;  it also improves body, mind, and spirit bringing you closer to your goals. Teaching clients to calm their minds during movement is essential to helping them fight stress and achieve their wellness goals. I use time-tested techniques for developing mindfulness and flow to help you focus on your fitness goals and cope with stress.  As a qualified fitness instructor since 2000, I’ve been creating space and guidance to help my clients into fitter, healthier versions of themselves.

Functional fitness is necessary at any age. 

  • I provide programs designed to help you reach and maintain your health and fitness goals.

  • I specialize in adults 40+ and meet the client at their current fitness level and help clients stay the course. I greet you with humor, education, motivation, and consistency.

Pilates or Yoga/Flexibility Sessions (40-minute sessions) 

Individual or Small Groups (2-4 people)
